Tenancy Information
Permitted payments
Before the tenancy starts (payable to Graysons Properties Ltd ‘the Agent’)
Rent Advance: 1 week’s rent which will be paid towards your first rent.
Deposit: minimum of £350 and maximum of five weeks rent, No deposit required if UK home owner guarantor (need to be in employment)
During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)
For English properties:
Payment of £50.00 if you want to change the tenancy agreement
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent (any rent payments that are 14 days late unless an agreement is in place) at a rate of 3% plus Bank of England base interest rate on that day.
Payment from £18.00 for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys or key card.
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy
During the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable
Utilities – gas, electricity, water
Communications – telephone and broadband
Installation of cable/satellite
Subscription to cable/satellite supplier
Television Licence
Council Tax
Tenant protection
Graysons Properties Ltd is a member of Client Money Protect, membership number CMP005701 which is a client money protection scheme, And a member of the ANUK National Code of Standards for larger student developments (Non educational establishments) and the Property Redress Scheme.
