The “Free Cancellation” policy applies only to first-year students. If you are a prospective first-year undergraduate student and your preferred university or higher education institution withdraws your offer due to your failure to achieve their entry requirements, you may qualify for a release from this agreement.

To apply for a release under these circumstances, you must provide us with a copy of:
a: A written rejection letter from your chosen institution or UCAS.
b: A screenshot of your UCAS status indicating that the required results were not achieved.

These documents must be sent to contracts@graysonsproperties.co.uk via email or recorded delivery to our main office address within seven days of your results being published. Please be aware that your tenancy start date should not commence or surpass this deadline. Upon receiving and verifying the necessary documentation, we will cancel your agreement and provide a full refund of any deposit or advance rent paid.
