Role Overview

As Sr. / Lead Lettings Marketing Associate, you will report to the India office and laisse with UK office team, specifically with the Department Head / Director and Marketing Manager.

What you will do:

• Performing comparative market analysis to identify competitors marketing strategy.
• Displaying and marketing property to possible tenants through digital channels, Such as Listing Websites, Facebook Marketplace, Google Ad Campaigns.
• Maintaining and updating listings of available properties on the website & other third party portals.
• Promoting sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
• Stay updated on the local rental market, including pricing trends, neighbourhood developments, and new listings.(UK Specific).
• Maintain and update rental property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions and photos.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote rental properties and attract potential tenants.

Skills / Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Marketing Associate / Lead.
• Excellent knowledge about real estate markets (UK Preferred).
• Experience working in Digital Marketing.
• Should have strong understanding of Ad Campaigns for Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Should be techsavy to understand the tools, CRM, CMS & Webportals.
• Experience managing property listings on multiple platforms.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• MS Office familiarity

Qualifications

• Graduation (Any Stream)
• Google Ad Campaign Manager certification (Preferred)
